Logic and Strategy Class is an interactive enrichment course designed for students in grades 5–8. Through collaborative activities, students strengthen logical reasoning, problem-solving, mathematical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills. The course encourages creativity, perseverance, teamwork, and strategic planning in a hands-on learning environment.
Location: In-person classes in West Lancaster
Cost: $48 per month per student ($40 per month for non-charter school students)
Dates: Wednesdays, September 2 - June 2
Class Minimum: 5 Students

About the Instructor
Tim McClure has lived in the Antelope Valley since 1988. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, where he earned his B.A. in Christian Education, and Chapman University, where he earned his M.A. in Education. Tim began his career teaching 6th grade at a private school, and after two years he moved on to teach 4th grade for 26 years at Sundown Elementary School in the Westside District. He has also enjoyed working with all grade levels as charter school teacher for 18 years. Tim and his wife homeschooled their four children and have a great love for the homeschool community!
