Students will receive personalized coaching from an experienced and supportive coaching staff, helping them develop strong fundamentals and a genuine love for running. Throughout the year, athletes will learn the importance of proper warm-up routines, effective stretching techniques, efficient running form, and a variety of training workouts—each designed with clear purposes and long-term benefits in mind.
During the cross country season, runners will have the opportunity to put their training into action by competing in weekly races. These events help athletes build confidence, apply new skills, and experience the excitement of progress in a team-focused environment. Our program blends purposeful training with a fun, encouraging atmosphere that supports every athlete’s growth.

Ages: Turning 5 this year - Turning 18 this year
Schedule: 6:30am - 7:45am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Cost: $60/month
Location: Marie Kerr Park
Required Materials: Uniform (Speak with instructors about pricing), Running shoes (We can help you with finding the right shoes if needed)
