This class will be focused on how to use an iPad to create something AWESOME! The students will be exploring art through an app called Procreate. Although it can seem intimidating at first, it’s simple to use and at the end of the class, kids should be able to use their art skills on an iPad with ease. Kids are required to already have an iPad as well as a stylist. They should be coming to class prepared and with a charged iPad.

Course details:

• Grades: 4th - 12th

• Time: Wednesdays 10:00am - 11:30pm

• Dates:

  • First Semester: September 11th- December 11th

  • Second Semester: January 15th - April 16th

• Required Materials:

  • iPad and stylist (doesn’t need to be the newest version but does need to be compatible with stylist)

  • The Procreate app downloaded and ready to use ($10 in the App Store. Some charters will pay for it)

• Cost: $40/month (35$/month for non-charter students)

• Location: West Palmdale
