Voice Lessons-101 (Beginners)

Who This Class Good For:

This class is ideal for anyone who loves to sing but has never taken formal vocal lessons. It’s especially helpful for those looking to build confidence, open up, and begin discovering their unique voice in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Lesson Description:

The beginnings of singing are all about finding confidence and freedom in your voice. We’ll help you discover and strengthen your natural sound while creating a space to explore without judgment—where you can take chances, have fun, and grow.

Who Private Lessons are best suited for:

This Private Lesson is ideal for students who are extremely shy or who would benefit from more individualized attention. It also serves those facing unique struggles that may require extra support. Private lessons are equally well-suited for highly dedicated and motivated singers who wish to progress more quickly with one-on-one guidance tailored to their goals.

What We Will Cover:

Breathing and posture for support

Vocal warm-ups to prepare and protect your voice

Pitch and tone control for accuracy and beauty

Vocal placement and resonance for clarity and power

Rhythm and musicality for expression

Range development to expand high and low notes

Confidence and performance skills Learning to sing without self-judgment

DETAILS:

• Ages: 7 - 18 years old

• Costs:

  • $300/month (four hour-long classes)

  • $160/month (hour half-hour long classes)

    • $40 for a single half-hour class

• Times:

  • Mondays 9am-7pm

  • Wednesdays 9am-7pm

  • Thursdays 9am-2pm

  • Fridays 9-2pm

• Location: West Palmdale & West Lancaster

  Lancaster location is an additional $20, it is at Chris Cooke Music and Acting Studio.
